Client & Scope
McDonald’s Head Office needed to refresh a dated joinery feature without the cost, waste, or disruption of a full renovation. The goal was to modernise the space while keeping operations running smoothly. Instead of demolishing and rebuilding, we proposed a smarter alternative of reskinning the existing structure with 3M DI-NOC Architectural Film. This solution delivered the desired timber grain finish, extended the life of the joinery, and was installed with minimal impact which in return saved time, cost, and environmental waste.

The selected timber grain film was not only visually on-brief, but built for longevity — easy to clean, scratch-resistant, and designed for high-traffic commercial spaces.

Instead of replacing joinery, we resurfaced it. This innovative approach extended the product’s life, reduced cost, and cut unnecessary waste.
