Client & Scope
- Client: ADP Consulting
- Project Manager: Tyler Golding
- Location: Melbourne VIC
ADP Consulting engaged Formul8 to deliver a complete signage package within their Melbourne office. Working alongside our Account Director, Tyler Golding, the scope covered project management, production, and installation across branded entry signage, meeting room identifiers, braille and tactile signage, and statutory requirements.
This was not a single application. It was a coordinated signage system delivered across multiple substrates, locations, and compliance requirements, within a live commercial environment.

Our Approach
Acrylic Front Entrance Signage
The entry signage was delivered using a 6mm clear acrylic backing board with 8mm white acrylic laser-cut letters to the face for the logo. This combination provided a clean, high-contrast finish that holds its presence within the space while maintaining sharp edges and consistency in the lettering.
Precision Cut Vinyl Signage
Meeting rooms, quiet rooms, and general wayfinding were resolved using precision-cut matte black vinyl. This application allowed for a minimal, direct approach to signage while ensuring clarity and consistency across all internal touchpoints.
Braille & Tactile Signage
Hearing assistance braille signage was produced with integrated braille and tactile elements. These were applied across required locations to ensure accessibility while maintaining alignment with the overall signage system.
Statutory Signage Applications
Statutory signage was produced and installed across the workplace using precision-cut applications, ensuring the required information was clearly communicated and consistently applied throughout the space.
Our Reflection
What stands out in this project is not the individual signs, but how they work together. Every element is aligned, consistent and positioned with intent.
From a delivery perspective, the value sits in the coordination. Managing multiple signage types, ensuring production accuracy, and installing in a live environment without rework.
The result is a signage system that feels resolved within the space, performs day-to-day, and reflects the level of detail carried through the wider fit-out.
