Client & Scope
- Client: Harris HMC

- Location: Cheltenham VIC
Harris HMC engaged us to deliver the digital print production and installation of glazing graphics across the Lifeblood Cheltenham spanning across both exterior and interior environments.
The building required a strong street presence while ensuring internal glazing supported donor privacy, operational functionality and compliance.
This project required consistency across multiple glazing types, elevations and internal zones, delivered with precision.

Our Approach
External Branding Window Graphics
Large format digitally printed graphics wrap the ground floor façade in Lifeblood’s signature red, creating immediate recognition from the street. The glazing now works as both branding and privacy screening, while still allowing natural light into donor areas.
Frost Film & Safety Bands
Frost film enhances privacy in selected areas, creating a clean and private finish across internal glazing. Safety bands were installed to meet compliance requirements, aligned carefully within the broader glazing strategy.
Internal Branded Window & Door Graphics
Branded elements were carried internally across windows and doors to maintain visual consistency throughout the donor journey without overwhelming the space.
Our Reflection
This project reinforces the impact glazing has in healthcare environments.
From the street, the centre feels confident and clearly defined. The bold external graphics anchor the building within its context and remove any ambiguity about its purpose. There is no hesitation in the identity.
Inside, the experience shifts. Reeded film and frost introduce privacy without creating isolation. Spaces remain light filled and connected yet controlled where needed. Branding supports the environment rather than competing with it.
What makes this project successful is not any single application. It is the layering. External identity, internal discretion and regulatory compliance were resolved as one cohesive strategy.
When every glazing decision is considered in relation to the next, the outcome feels intentional. At Lifeblood Cheltenham, the glass does more than divide rooms. It supports trust, comfort and clarity throughout the donor journey.
