Castlerock Property

Client & Scope

Formul8 collaborated with Castlerock Property on the fitout at a Government Facility in Frankston with high-quality printed graphics and functional signage. The scope required precision, accessibility, and compliance. Our role focused on production and installation, ensuring every element was executed to the highest standard.

Our Approach

Digitally Printed Glass Graphics

The client supplied artwork that was digitally printed onto optically clear window film. The design was printed in white ink, creating contrast and clarity while complementing the existing framing. Each panel was printed and installed with accuracy to maintain alignment across adjoining rooms and corridors.

Accessible Signage for Day-to-Day use

A collection of braille and tactile signage was fabricated to support workplace accessibility. Room and locker numbers were produced with a durable matte finish. Every sign met compliance requirements while still delivering a clean, architectural look.

Workstation Identification

Acrylic workstation numbers were produced to create clear and consistent navigation throughout the office. The signage was designed for visibility and longevity, helping staff and visitors move confidently through the space.

Precision Installation

Our installation team ensured each element was positioned with care. From glass graphics to workstation markers, the goal was to deliver a cohesive result that enhanced usability.

Our Reflection

The completed works delivered a clean, structured and professional finish across the Frankston workplace. The combination of printed graphics and functional signage created a space that feels organised, accessible and visually consistent.

Partnering closely with Castlerock Property ensured the process was smooth, coordinated and aligned with the project’s expectations.
